For the academic year 2014-15 the online Application Form of AIPMPT 2014 has been started from 1st December, 2014. All the eligible applicants have to apply online from the official website – http://aipmt.nic.in.
All the applicants aspiring for AIPMT 2014 exam would have to qualify all the criteria before application, neither their form will be rejected. Candidates must follow the instructions to apply online. They have to follow few steps for online apply.
Five steps for AIPMT 2014 Online Application:
1. Fill the application Form and write down Registration Number
2. Upload photo and signature
3. Make payment through Credit Card/Debit Card or e-challan
4. Update e-challan transactions details only if you make payment through e-challan
5. Print the Confirmation Page and send it to CBSE

Fill Up the application Form:
Fill up the application form very carefully. Fill all the details –
• Personal details
• Contact details
• Parent/Guardian details
• Academic details
• Qualifying Examination details
• Details marks of qualifying exam
• State Code of Eligibility ( for state quota seats)
• Language of Examination (mode of question paper)
• Choice of Exam Centre ( Maximum three)
• Security pin
• Then NEXT or RESET
After clicking NEXT a Registration number will be generated. Applicants must have written down the Registration Number.
Upload your photo and Signature:
After submission detailsI, you will automatically take you to second link for uploading of photograph and signature.
Candidates are advised to take passport size photographs with white background and one post card size (4”x6”) photograph. Passport size photographs are to be used to affix on the Confirmation Page of online Application and also for Counselling/Admission. Before affixing photograph on Confirmation Page candidate must write down his/her name, Application Form number and Contact Number on the reverse side of both the photographs with Ball point pen only.
The candidates are required to put their signature in the appropriate box given in the Confirmation Page in running hand writing and also to affix clear Left Hand Thumb Impression at the appropriate space provided for it. Writing full name in the Box in Capital letters would not be accepted as signature and the Application Form would liable to be rejected. Further, unsigned application/application without clear thumb impression will also be rejected.
Make payment through debit card/credit card or print e-challan:
After uploading of photograph and signature, you will automatically take you to third link for payment of fee.
Application Fee of AIPMT 2014 are following-
• Without Late Fee – 1000/- for GEN/OBC, 550/- for SC/ST/PH
• With Late Fee – 2000- for GEN/OBC, 1500/- for SC/ST/PH
Application Fee can be paid by debit card /credit card or through e-challan. THe challan should be deposit in CBSE account with Canara bank or Syndicate bank or e-post office.If you make payment through e-challan, you will take you to fourth link to take update transactions details. There you have to enter all the e-challan details.
Take print out of Confirmation page and sent it to CBSE:
After successful Fee submission, the page automatically to the Confirmation Page. Follow the instructions to take the print out of Confirmation Page and Address Slip of the CBSE to be pasted on A5 (12” x 10”) Envelope for sending the complete application form to the CBSE. Kindly ensure that at least four copies of the Confirmation Page and one copy of the Address Slip may be got printed. Three copies of the Confirmation page may be kept safely by the candidate for any future need. One copy of the Confirmation Page may be completed as per instructions for sending to the Board.
The photocopy of this Confirmation Page along with the proof of fee paid and the original receipt issued by the Post Office may also be kept safely by the candidate. Candidates may ensure that the application number printed on application and on address slip is similar.
The Application Form duly filled-in along with other documents, if any, should be sent to the following address by Registered Post/Speed Post only so as to reach positively by last date(s) of receipt of application form according to the fee paid. The Application Form will not be received personally from candidates in any case.
